Welcome to this first module – Project Foundations
We will spend about 3 weeks here, covering all the foundations of your project.
Remember, we need strong foundations to be able to build solidly upon so do not skip this extremely important module!
We start with our project braindump, categorisation and clarity.
Then move to timelining and future projecting.
And we’ll round off this modules with the numbers, metrics and targets.
Week One
Grab yourself a blank sheet of paper and pen, listen to the audio one and start to extract the jumble in your mind onto paper.
A few days later, come back and listen to audio two.
